Sayyid Murtada’s Fiqh ol-Hadith Approach in Amaali

Ali Ibin-e Tahir, known as Sayyid Murtada Adib, is the Shiite theologian, jurists and interpreter of the fifth century. In the book of Amaali, he has used various strategies for the explanation of the Qur’anic verses and traditions. His principles for the explanation of the hadiths included: taking advantage of the Qur’anic verses, hadiths with the same theme, rational and theological principles and reasoning, recognition of the Arabic sciences, identification of odd and complex terms, and Arabic vocabulary and poetry. The present study follows an inductive content analysis method to examine the interpretation of the hadiths in this book, and tries to analyze Sayyid Murtada’s principles in interpretation of the hadith.
